Penn's
Village is an innovative, non-profit organization created to enhance the quality of lives for residents in Center City Philadelphia neighborhoods. Lives are enhanced through basic services such as grocery shopping, rides to the hospital or doctor’s office, companionship for the lonely, running errands, home repairs, computer support, etc..
Founded by a group of Old City, Queen Village and Society Hill residents
who themselves would like to stay in their homes as long as possible
as they age.
Members email or call a single telephone number to arrange assistance
or to participate in a variety of activities.
Penn's Village has built a network of support through volunteer
services and specially negotiated fees from preferred vendors. We
hope you will consider supporting us whether you need Penn's Village
now or are preparing for the future. Please consider becoming a member
or volunteering for Penn's Village. Let us be the resource for all
your needs. Also consider financially supporting Penn's Village so
it's there if and when you may need or want to use its services.
Penn's Village makes city living easier.
Do you want to start a village in your neighborhood? We will help
you!
