 Tips for Apple Cyber Seniors

With Yoav Zohar

Wednesday May 23, 2018 at 3:30 PM

You made a good purchase decision:   You have an iMac, iPad and/or iPhone.  But are your devices in charge of you or are you in charge of them?

Yoav is a valued Penn’s Village volunteer, our Apple “guru”.  He is devoted to bridging the technology gap for a generation that did not grow up with computers, solving the mysteries that intimidate us and laying the foundation for getting the most out of our investments.  This program will explain what all of the boxes and cables that connect us to the Internet are for.  In future programs  we will conquer the ways we protect our stuff (passwords, etc.) and then how to best organize our information for greater efficiency and effectiveness.  The good news is that if you are a Penn’s Village member Yoav will do it for you, but it is good for you to get the why.

We will meet in the MacColl Room of the First Presbyterian Church, 201 S. 21st Street (entrance on 21st Street). The building is handicapped accessible. Kindly let us know in advance if you need this.

This program is free for Penn’s Village members and volunteers.  We would appreciate a $5 donation from other guests.  Guests are welcome to attend three Penn’s Village programs before becoming a member and/or volunteer.

Please RSVP on-line, by email at info@pennsvillage.org or by calling (215) 925 7333.
