High Intensity Interval Training At Any Age

Drexel Physical Therapy

Monday, August 13, 2018

11 am - 12 pm

High Intensity Interval Training is a system of organizing cardiorespiratory training, which calls for repeated bouts of short duration high intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery.

High Intensity Interval Training can be individualized to meet each person’s exercise ability and goals.

Physical Therapy students from Drexel University will be explaining and organizing a high intensity interval workout class for the members of Penn’s Village. The class will focus on improving health, energy, strength and over-all well being. We will provide a wide variety of exercise and personalized instruction.

Join Penn's Village on Monday, August 13 at 11:00 am in the MacColl Room at The First Presbyterian Church, 201 S. 21st Street (entrance on 21st Street). The building is handicapped accessible. Kindly let us know in advance if you need this.

Please RSVP here, email info@pennsvillage.org or call (215) 925-7333.
