William Raich, MD

Wednesday, January 23, 2019

2 PM

Penn’s Village member and retired ophthalmologist, William Raich M.D., will discuss cataract surgery, the most common operation in the senior citizen population. Dr. Raich has performed more than 9,000 cataract operations spanning a career of thirty years. The evolution of cataract surgery from the early days to the present, highly successful procedure is a story combining science, hard work and almost pure luck. There will be ample time for questions and discussion of the “latest and greatest” in cataract surgery.
