You can bring your mail-in ballot to City Hall and other locations starting Sept. 29th. More information at this LINK. (Or go to www.Philadelphiavotes.com).
You can also request a ballot there UNLESS you have already requested a ballot by mail.

Room 140, City Hall, South Broad St. Entrance, Mon thru Thurs, 11:30-6:30 and FRi, Sat, Sun 9:30-4:30
FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!!!
1. Use blue or black ink
2. Place your voted ballot in the white “privacy” envelope labelled “OFFICIAL Mail-in BALLOT” and seal it
3. Place this envelope in the larger addressed envelope and sign and date where specified
4. Either hand it in at City Hall (or other satellites) OR mail it.
