Olivia Walling is a practicing Buddhist and former monastic who continues to practice under the guidance of a Zen master as she has for the past 10 years. She will launch the panel by discussing the role of mind in bodily experience.
Denny Waxman is a macrobiotic counselor and author of The Ultimate Guide to Eating for Longevity. He and Susan Waxman are directors of the 501©3 The Strengthening Health Institute. He will present the rationale for and content of a macrobiotic diet.
