Penn's Village Reads: Crosswinds

Shaken and upset after a horrible encounter, a young woman flees her home in the middle of a hurricane. Crosswinds, a short story by Penn’s Village’s first newsletter editor, Kapri Koflanovich, tells the story of what happens after the protagonist falls and hits her head. Taken in by two kind strangers, she wakes up to find that she cannot remember anything. Will she ever be able to remember who she really is? If she does, will she be able to share the truth with her new companions?

Kapri, a 22-year-old graduate of Arcadia University in Glenside, PA is also today’s reader. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing & Creative Writing with a Minor in Spanish in December 2019.
