Putting the Penn’s Village Website to Work for You:

The Magic of Your Member Profile!

You may not know that the Penn’s Village website ties directly into our database. This means that there are a lot of ways the website can help improve your member experience (really)! In this session, Donna Murphy will show you how to update your membership profile and have easy access to the Membership Directory and other services. She will also offer a quick tour of the new 'For Members' section of the website. Not a “computer person?” No problem! This is a great way to get some pointers and your questions answered!

LOCATION

This will be an online event hosted via Zoom Conferencing. You do not need a Zoom account but you will need to download and install the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device to join the event. Please email us at tech@pennsvillage.org in advance if you need assistance installing the Zoom app or check our new Zoom Instructions. If you cannot join the event using your computer or mobile device and the Zoom app, you can join the event via teleconference and hear the audio portion.

You will receive an email a few days before the event as well as on the day of the event with a link to the meeting, the Meeting ID, call-in telephone numbers and instructions for joining the meeting.

This program is free of charge to our members and volunteer partners. Guests are welcome to attend up to three programs before being required to join and/or volunteer with Penn’s Village.
