PART 2 of the Series
For most people, the work of prosecutors remains a mystery. In order to adequately review the content of this program, it will be divided into two parts. This second session will shed light on how a prosecutor thinks: how cases are evaluated, whether they should be pursued, how defendants are selected, what charges are presented to a grand jury, and other key tactical decisions. Questions are welcome throughout.
