Paying Penn's Village Dues
Log into your membership account
Begin by logging into your account. Click on “Member Log In” in the upper right hand corner of the website. If you do not remember your log in, use the Forgot Your Password feature or contact Tech@pennsvillage.org
If your account is ready for renewal you will see a small red circle with two arrows next to your name in the upper right-hand corner. You will also see the option “Renewal” in the drop down menu next to your name. Select either button to go to the Membership Renewal page.
Once on the Membership Renewal page you will be able to select your membership level. Please note that if you wish to change to a level that receives Services, you will have to complete a Home Check prior to being approved. Once your membership level is selected, click ”Next” at the bottom of the page.
On the second page, Step 2, will ask you to confirm or update your contact information. Once completed, click “Next”, again at the bottom of the page.
In Step 3, you will verify or add secondary or tertiary members to your account. Again, click “Next” when completed.
Step 4 gives you the option to include an Additional Donation to support Penn’s Village with your payment. Click “Next” to move on to the Summary page, where you can review your Membership Details.
If you need to make changes, you can select “Back” to return to an earlier step. You can also select “Cancel” to leave the renewal process.
Click “Finish and Proceed to Payment” to be taken to the payment page.
On the payment page you can select which payments you would like to make (if there is more than one outstanding) by checking or unchecking the boxes next to each item.
When you are ready to make your payment select your payment method from the drop-down menu.
If you select Pay by Check, use the buttons at the bottom of the page to print a formal invoice (PDF) or to print a copy of the page. Include this print out with your check made payable to: "Penn's Village". Mail your payment to:

By Credit Card
If you select Credit Card, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. When ready, click “Submit Payment”. A receipt will be emailed to you.
If you select Paypal, there will be a link to proceed to the Paypal site. Paypal will provide a receipt for your payment.
If you decide that you are not ready to make your payment, click “Pay Later”. The payment process will be cancelled but your renewal information will be saved. You can return to complete the payment process by clicking the $ in a red circle next to your name in the upper right hand corner of the website or by selecting “Payment Due” from the drop down menu under your profile.
