Penn’s Village members are invited to participate in the last session of this series around health and wellness. Learn safe falling techniques and ways to get off the floor—alone and with a partner. The cost is $10, cash or check, and will be collected onsite. Participants will need to climb one set of stairs (with handrails on both sides).
