About this event

We are hosting a virtual informational session with tips and tricks on how to use the SEPTA app, how to apply for paratransit, and how to book paratransit rides. Following the presentation, there will be opportunities for Q&A.

Bio of presenter: Terrell and Sunny Friend: Ruby & Sunny are Occupational Therapy interns at SEPTA’s Accessible Travel Center in Suburban Station. There, they perform assessments for paratransit service eligibility, conduct travel training, and lead transit familiarization activities at community sites.
