Tai Chi for Balance

The ancient practice of the martial art tai chi has many benefits when performed as a regular exercise, including reduced falls risk and improved balance.  Join Dr. Sara Tomaszewski, physical therapist and Drexel faculty for an active session of tai chi.   Learn from graduate level student physical therapists in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Drexel University about how to include tai chi in your regular exercise routine. All levels of fitness are welcome and previous experience with tai chi is not required – just come ready to move!

We will meet at Parkway Health and Wellness, Drexel University’s inter-professional clinical practice, located on the 2nd floor of the 3 Parkway Building, 1601 Cherry Street.
