As we are swamped with news on Covid and Flu, let's not forget the serious threat of Shingles to our health. According to the CDC, a third of Americans may develop Shingles in their lifetimes. Vaccination is especially relevent to the senior population. Many of us are vulnerable to Shingles, after having Chickenpox as children, and there is an increased age-related risk.
