Penn’s Village Presents: “Bach Under the Influence”
Penn’s Village member Marcia Kravis will begin the program with a show-and-tell to introduce her harpsichord and demonstrate how the sound is produced. She will then begin a three-part performance, talking briefly about each segment before she plays, to provide the audience with an anchor as they listen.

Marcia Kravis holds a Master of Music degree from New England Conservatory of Music where she studied with John Gibbons. She is a founding member of La Bernardinia Baroque Ensemble and Ensemble Sebastian. Marcia teaches harpsichord and piano privately in the Fairmount neighborhood.

This program is free of charge to our members, volunteers and donors. Guests are welcome to attend up to three programs before being required to join and/or volunteer with Penn’s Village.
During the coronavirus crisis, we are waiving the three-program limit and $10 fee for non-member guests to help our neighbors stay connected and engaged while social distancing.
