Simple Estate Planning is Not so Simple (V)

Penn’s Village Presents:

“Simple Estate Planning Is Not So Simple”

With Bryan J. Adler Esq., CELA

Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 2:00 pm

via Zoom

Often called ‘simple’ estate planning, nothing could be further from the truth. Frequently a Will, Power of Attorney and Advance Directive are looked at as part of the end game, when in reality, they’re the starting points. Learn the basics of estate planning, and how to avoid the common mistakes and small misunderstandings that could create big problems later on.

Bryan J. Adler is a member of the Penn’s Village Advisory Council, and is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation. He dedicates his practice to advising and counseling clients in the areas of elder law, life care planning, asset protection, veterans’ benefits, estate planning, guardianships and long-term care advocacy.
